Cancellation: 

Orders once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours of completing the payment, after that we start processing the order and it will not be cancelled.

Damaged Reporting: 

MV recommend that the buyer be physically present during delivery of the product and check thoroughly that it will be delivered in perfect condition and there is no damage.

If the order/s arrive in a damaged condition, bring it to the notice of the delivery team immediately and mark on POD. it will be considered damage only if the buyer marked (damage) on the POD (Proof of Delivery) at the time of accepting the delivery. The team will assess the damage, and depending on the extent of damage, will attempt to repair and install to your satisfaction. If the damaged order cannot be repaired on-the-spot, a decision will be arrived at in 3 business days. The order will be repaired or replaced with discretion of the management

In case a manufacturing defect is detected later to installation, report with the support of clear photographs, written description in details, and the order number to Customer Care at +917678670225 Or mail us at help@munafavillaze.com, MV will verify authenticity of the defect (buyer’s compliance to adhere to the process of verification is binding) and if found genuine, will attempt resolution.

Warranty:

Our products are covered under one year warranty limited to the manufacturing defects (except Polyurethane, PVC, Leather Fabric parts or any Upholstery material) only. If it is found that any physical damage to a product has been caused due to negligence or mishandling by the customer, MV will not be obliged to initiate a replacement or refund even if it is within the 1 year warranty period. Please keep in mind that colours of the product may slightly vary due to computer screen calibration. Size also may slightly vary due to finishing.

 Refunds and Returns: 

We do not accept refund or return requests of our products, we provide a replacement of purchased item in case of major damage and different product. There is no returns and refund policy if buyer do not like the product after successful delivery and buyer’s premises.

We provide replacement of product but In case the product is out of stock, MV offers the customer a choice  of an alternate product of similar value. If the customer does not like the alternate product offered then a credit note will be issued amounting to the product price and shipping cost if applicable. Or, the full value (product value + shipping cost if applicable) will be refunded within 15-20 working days.

If applicable and confirmed to the buyer in writing, MV will refund the price of product by the same way which buyer paid at the time of placing the order by Credit card/Online banking/Debit card/UPI.
